bottlebrushes
Tube-scrubbing bristled tools
Bottlebrushes are shrubs or small trees with cylindrical flower clusters resembling the brushes used to clean bottles.
Native to Australia, they belong to the genus *Callistemon* and produce dense spikes of colorful stamens—typically red, though pink, yellow, and white varieties exist.
The name also applies to the cleaning implements themselves: long-handled brushes with bristles arranged in a cylinder, designed to reach inside narrow containers.
