black men
Men of color
Black men is the plural of black man—a man of African descent or with dark skin.
The phrase appears in discussions of race, identity, and social issues: Black men face disproportionate rates of incarceration.
Whether to capitalize black is contested; lowercase treats it as descriptive, uppercase as a cultural identity marker.
Both are standard.
