bar clamps
Long-reach grip tools
Bar clamps are woodworking tools used to hold pieces together while glue dries or during assembly.
They consist of a long metal bar with one fixed jaw and one sliding jaw that can be locked at any point along the bar's length, allowing them to span wide workpieces: I need longer bar clamps for this tabletop.
Also called F-clamps or sliding clamps.
