Knuckle strike backward
A back fist is a martial arts strike delivered with the back of the knuckles, typically using a snapping motion of the arm.
The fist rotates outward so the striking surface is the back of the hand rather than the front: He threw a quick back fist to the temple.
Common in karate, taekwondo, and kickboxing.
