autograph signings
Fan memorabilia occasions
Autograph signings are events where celebrities, athletes, or authors sign items for fans—books, photographs, sports memorabilia, or other collectibles.
These may be organized at conventions, bookstores, or sports venues, often with admission fees or purchase requirements: The baseball card shop is hosting autograph signings all weekend.
The signed items frequently become valuable to collectors.
