art model
Painter's human reference
An art model is a person who poses for artists, typically in drawing, painting, or sculpture classes.
The work often involves holding poses for extended periods while students or professionals render the figure.
Art models may pose clothed or nude; life model and figure model specifically indicate nude posing.
