afikomen

Seder's hidden prize

Afikomen is a piece of matzah broken off and hidden during the Passover seder, to be found by children later in the meal.

The finder typically receives a small prize or ransom.

The afikomen is eaten as the last food of the seder, and the meal cannot conclude until it is found: The kids searched everywhere for the afikomen.
