Super Sunday
February football climax
Super Sunday refers to the Sunday of the NFL championship game, the Super Bowl—the most-watched annual sporting event in the United States.
The day has become an unofficial American holiday, celebrated with parties, elaborate snacks, and gatherings even among people with no interest in football: We're hosting a Super Sunday party this year.
