Side A
Record's main portion
Side A is the front or primary side of a vinyl record, traditionally containing the main songs or singles an artist wanted to promote.
By extension, it refers to the first half of any album or the featured track on a single.
The term persists even in digital formats: Their Side A tracks are always stronger than the deep cuts.
