Scoobies
Monster-hunting friend group
Scoobies is slang for clues or information, from the cartoon character Scooby-Doo and his mystery-solving gang.
Most often heard in the negative: I haven't got any scoobies means having no idea or no information about something.
The usage is informal and playful, drawing on the show's catchphrase about finding clues.
