Russian dressing
Pinkish mayonnaise condiment
Russian dressing is a creamy, pinkish-orange salad dressing or sandwich spread made from mayonnaise and ketchup or chili sauce, often with pickles, horseradish, or pimientos.
It's similar to Thousand Island dressing and commonly used on Reuben sandwiches: I'll have the Reuben with extra Russian dressing.
