Nick Carter

Nick Carter is a name shared by two notable figures in American popular culture.

The first is a fictional detective created in 1886, appearing in dime novels, pulp magazines, and later radio serials—one of the earliest recurring heroes of American detective fiction.

The second is a member of the pop group Backstreet Boys, prominent in 1990s and 2000s boy band culture: Nick Carter was the heartthrob of the group.
