Manufacturer's suggested price
MRP stands for manufacturer's recommended price or manufacturer's retail price—the price a producer suggests retailers charge consumers.
Also called MSRP (manufacturer's suggested retail price).
Retailers may sell above or below MRP, though some jurisdictions regulate minimum pricing.
The MRP is $499, but you can find it for less online.
