Inspector Gadget

Inspector Gadget is a cartoon cyborg detective equipped with an array of mechanical devices built into his body, activated by saying "go-go-gadget" followed by the tool's name.

The character, originating from a 1980s animated series, is bumbling and oblivious, succeeding mostly through luck while his niece Penny does the real detective work.

The name references anyone with many gadgets or technological solutions: He's like Inspector Gadget with all those apps on his phone.
