Giants fans
Big team enthusiasts
Giants fans are supporters of one of several professional sports teams called the Giants—most commonly the San Francisco Giants in baseball or the New York Giants in football.
Context usually clarifies which team: Giants fans flooded the streets after the World Series win.
The term carries the typical connotations of sports fandom—loyalty, occasional irrationality, and tribal identification with a team's fortunes.
