Bluetooth controller
Cordless gaming input
A Bluetooth controller is a wireless input device—typically a gamepad—that connects to computers, phones, or gaming consoles via Bluetooth radio signals.
The term distinguishes these from wired controllers or those using proprietary wireless protocols: I paired my Bluetooth controller with my phone to play emulator games.
Most modern controllers support Bluetooth alongside other connection methods.
