Aaron Burr
Hamilton's fatal opponent
Aaron Burr was an American politician who served as the third Vice President of the United States under Thomas Jefferson.
He is best remembered for killing Alexander Hamilton in a duel in 1804, an event that ended his political career and made his name synonymous with political ambition gone wrong.
He's the Aaron Burr of the Senate—talented but too scheming for his own good.
