wobbleboards
Unstable exercise platforms
Wobbleboards are balance training devices—typically a flat platform mounted on a rounded base that tips in any direction when you stand on it.
Physical therapists use them for rehabilitation; athletes use them for core strength and ankle stability.
Also called balance boards or rocker boards.
Ten minutes on the wobbleboard revealed how weak my stabilizer muscles were.
