uranium-234
Radioactive metal variant
Uranium-234 is a radioactive isotope of uranium with 92 protons and 142 neutrons.
Though present in natural uranium in only trace amounts (about 0.005%), it accounts for roughly half of natural uranium's radioactivity.
U-234 forms through the decay of uranium-238 and is part of the uranium decay chain, eventually becoming lead-206.
