Too painful viewing
Unwatchable describes something so bad, boring, or disturbing that you can't bear to watch it.
The word usually applies to films, shows, or videos: The acting was so wooden the movie became unwatchable.
It can also describe scenes too painful or cringeworthy to witness: I had to look away—it was unwatchable.
