unsatisfied

Left wanting more

Unsatisfied describes someone whose desires or expectations haven't been met: I left the restaurant unsatisfied.

It can also describe things that remain unfulfilled—an unsatisfied demand, an unsatisfied curiosity.

The word is close to dissatisfied but slightly different: unsatisfied suggests incompleteness or insufficiency, while dissatisfied implies active displeasure.
