unmasterable
Cannot be perfected
Something unmasterable cannot be fully controlled, conquered, or learned to perfection.
The word usually describes skills or subjects so vast or complex that complete mastery eludes even dedicated practitioners: Chess is unmasterable—there's always more to learn.
It can also describe forces or urges that resist being tamed: an unmasterable rage.
