Unenriched describes something that hasn't been fortified or supplemented with additional nutrients or valuable components.
Most often applied to flour or grain products that lack added vitamins and minerals: unenriched white flour, unenriched pasta.
The term also appears in nuclear contexts for uranium that hasn't undergone isotope concentration.
