unaccustom
Make unfamiliar again
To unaccustom is to break a habit or make unfamiliar what was once routine—the reverse of accustom.
The word is rare, appearing mostly in older texts or formal writing: She sought to unaccustom herself from checking her phone every few minutes.
More commonly, speakers use phrases like "break the habit" or "wean off."
