time blindness
Clock sense absence
Time blindness is difficulty perceiving the passage of time accurately—how long something has taken or will take.
Common among people with ADHD and other attention disorders, it manifests as chronic lateness, missed deadlines, and poor estimation of how long tasks require: My time blindness kicked in and suddenly it was midnight.
The term frames the problem as perceptual rather than moral, distinguishing it from laziness or disrespect.
