time-stretch
Extend audio length
Time-stretch is an audio processing technique that changes the duration of a sound without altering its pitch.
Musicians and producers use it to slow down or speed up recordings while keeping them in tune: I time-stretched the vocal to fit the new tempo.
The effect can be subtle or extreme—heavy time-stretching creates distinctive artifacts, sometimes used deliberately for texture.
