The other people
Those guys refers to a group of people, usually men or mixed company, at some distance from the speaker.
The phrase often carries mild dismissiveness or casual distancing: I don't know what those guys are up to.
It can signal in-group versus out-group: We're nothing like those guys.
In relaxed speech, "you guys" addresses people present while "those guys" points elsewhere.
