technicolor

Garishly bright-hued

Technicolor describes something vivid, bright, or multicolored—often with a sense of heightened or artificial intensity: technicolor sunsets, technicolor dreams.

The word derives from the film process but has become a general adjective for saturated, eye-catching color: The garden was a technicolor riot of flowers. (Capitalized Technicolor is the trademark film process.)
