team builder
Morale exercise leader
A team builder is a person who cultivates cohesion and cooperation within a group, or an activity designed to do the same.
Managers pride themselves on being team builders; corporate retreats feature team builders like trust falls and escape rooms.
The term sometimes carries a whiff of forced enthusiasm: HR scheduled another team builder for Friday.
