t-ball
Preschool batting game
T-ball is a simplified version of baseball for young children, typically ages four to six.
Instead of a pitcher throwing the ball, it rests on an adjustable rubber tee at home plate, allowing batters to hit a stationary target: My daughter started t-ball this spring.
The game introduces basic skills—hitting, fielding, base running—without the difficulty of tracking a moving pitch.
