sticky pads
Self-stick note squares
Sticky pads are small adhesive sheets or blocks used for temporary notes—most familiarly the Post-it note.
The term also refers to the adhesive toe pads that allow geckos and tree frogs to climb smooth surfaces: Researchers studied the gecko's sticky pads to develop new adhesives.
In electronics, sticky pads are adhesive patches for attaching sensors or components.
