slut shaming
Sexuality-based social punishment
Slut shaming is criticizing or stigmatizing someone, usually a woman, for sexual behavior perceived as promiscuous or immodest.
The term emerged from feminist discourse to name a double standard: men face little judgment for the same conduct.
