short king

Vertically modest monarch

Short king is an affectionate term for a man of below-average height who carries himself with confidence.

The phrase rejects the assumption that tall men are more attractive or commanding, celebrating shorter men who own their stature: He's 5'4" but a total short king.

The term emerged from internet culture in the late 2010s.
