sheet pizza
Pan-baked flatbread pie
Sheet pizza is pizza baked in a large rectangular pan rather than shaped into a round.
The style is common in cafeterias, school lunches, and pizzerias selling by the slice.
Also called Sicilian pizza or grandma pizza, though those terms sometimes imply specific crust styles: We ordered two sheets of pepperoni for the party.
