shape shifter
Morphs at will
A shape shifter is a being with the ability to change its physical form, common in mythology and fantasy: werewolves, skinwalkers, gods disguised as mortals.
The term extends to people who seem to transform their personality or allegiance depending on context: He's a political shape shifter—conservative in the South, moderate in swing states.
