semi-complete
Not quite done
Semi-complete describes something partially finished or mostly but not entirely whole.
The prefix suggests roughly half-done, though in practice it's vaguer—anywhere between started and finished: The renovation is semi-complete; we can use the kitchen but not the bathroom.
In mathematics, semi-complete has precise technical meanings in graph theory and metric spaces.
