selectable

Able to pick

Selectable describes something that can be chosen or picked from a set of options.

The term appears most often in computing and interface design, where selectable items—text, menu options, checkboxes—can be highlighted or activated by the user: Make sure the file is selectable before trying to drag it.

Outside technical contexts, selectable simply means available for selection.
