Soft elastic tie
A scrunchie is a fabric-covered elastic band for tying back hair, softer and bulkier than a plain hair tie.
Popular in the 1980s and 90s, scrunchies fell out of fashion before returning as a retro accessory: She wore a velvet scrunchie on her wrist.
