same-day delivery
Arrives before bedtime
Same-day delivery is a shipping option where items ordered are delivered within the same calendar day, typically requiring orders be placed before a morning cutoff time.
The service has become standard for major retailers and delivery apps: I paid extra for same-day delivery so the gift would arrive before the party.
Often shortened to same-day.
