roadhogs
Won't let pass
Roadhogs are drivers who dominate the road selfishly—hogging lanes, refusing to let others pass, or driving aggressively in ways that inconvenience fellow motorists.
The term combines the greed of a hog with territorial behavior on the road: The roadhogs in the left lane were doing ten under the limit and wouldn't move over.
