retail park
Out-of-town stores
A retail park is a large outdoor shopping area, typically located on the outskirts of a town, containing several big-box stores and chain retailers with shared parking.
Unlike enclosed shopping malls, retail parks feature standalone buildings arranged around parking lots: We drove out to the retail park to hit the home improvement store and the electronics shop.
Primarily British; Americans might say shopping center or power center.
