Statute cancellation advocates
Repealers are people who advocate for or work toward repealing a law or policy.
The term appears most often in political contexts where organized movements seek to undo existing legislation: Repealers of the Eighteenth Amendment eventually succeeded in ending Prohibition.
The word can apply to any abolition effort: repealers of the death penalty, tax repealers.
