reinitialized

Reset from scratch

Reinitialized means initialized again—reset to a starting state after having been set up before.

In computing, a reinitialized variable, system, or process has its values cleared and restored to defaults: The server crashed and had to be reinitialized.

Outside technical contexts, reinitialize suggests starting something over from scratch: We reinitialized the project after the funding fell through.
