Refluff means to restore fluffiness to something that has become flat or compressed.
Pillows, cushions, and stuffed animals are the usual objects: I refluffed the sofa pillows before the guests arrived.
The word applies equally to hair, fur, or feathers that need their volume restored.
Like many re- verbs, it implies returning something to a previous state of softness and loft.
