rascality
Knavish conduct indeed
Rascality is mischievous or dishonest behavior, the conduct characteristic of a rascal.
The word has an old-fashioned, almost playful quality—more likely to describe petty scheming or roguish antics than serious wrongdoing: The children's rascality kept the neighbors on edge.
It can also refer collectively to rascals as a group.
