power stance
Confident body language
A power stance is a posture intended to project confidence and authority—typically standing with feet wide apart, shoulders back, and hands on hips or arms spread.
The term comes from body language research suggesting that expansive postures can boost feelings of dominance: She struck a power stance before walking into the interview.
Sometimes called a power pose.
