Public standing toilet
A pissoir is a public urinal, especially the freestanding street fixtures once common in Paris and other European cities—typically a screened enclosure allowing men to relieve themselves while standing.
The word is French, literally "place to piss." English uses it with a slightly exotic or humorous flavor: The old pissoir on the corner has been converted to a flower kiosk.
