pin trading
Badge exchange hobby
Pin trading is the hobby of collecting and exchanging decorative enamel pins, typically at theme parks, sporting events, or conventions.
Disney parks popularized the practice, where visitors trade pins with staff and other collectors.
The activity combines collecting with social interaction, as traders seek rare or limited-edition pins to complete sets: We spent an hour pin trading at Epcot.
