permeance
Magnetic flux conductance
Permeance is the quality of allowing passage through—how readily something permits flow.
In physics, it measures a material's capacity to conduct magnetic flux, the inverse of reluctance.
More generally, permeance describes the degree to which a membrane or barrier lets substances pass: The fabric's permeance to water vapor affects comfort.
