overhydrated
Too much water
Overhydrated describes having consumed too much water, diluting the body's sodium levels.
While rare, severe overhydration can be dangerous—marathon runners and people following extreme "detox" regimens are most at risk.
More casually, it just means you've been drinking a lot of water: I'm so overhydrated I can't stop peeing.
